How much do you charge?

Kane & Crowell, PLLC offers consultations in many legal cases.  And, we consider the circumstances of each possible case.   Then, we present you with options so you can make the best decision possible.  

How Can I Pay for Legal Services?

We accept cash, check, visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards. In some cases, we require an upfront retainer while other cases are handled on a contingency basis. In addition, you may be able to set up payment options.

What Will I Have To Do For My Lawsuit?

In every legal case we take, there is an action plan. First, we get as much information from you and your family as possible. Then, we conduct either an in-office or over-the-phone interview.

Second, you will complete some homework using a checklist we provide to you. Thoroughly completing this homework in a timely manner is crucial.  Finally, we clarify each step of the process and work with you to ensure we have the necessary information to proceed with your case.
