I had a wonderful experience here with Kayla Costley. Hired her as my attorney for a difficult and complex divorce and parenting plan/custody case. Not only did she help guide me through a difficult time, she made it much less difficult. She advocated for my son and I and pushed for what was right. She was fast to respond and always made sure to answer any questions I had. The case was difficult but anything that was brought up to push against me, she always was able to fight for me and my son and didn’t give up. When they tell you someone can’t go with you to mediation, take someone anyway. I have now found my third omission/discrepancy in final decree/parenting plan that are extremely problematic/detrimental. You will be EXHAUSTED and trust these people to have your back. They won’t. They just want to go home. Trust YOUR person to look at YOUR paperwork and review YOUR LIST of priorities and concerns. Your attorney DOES NOT UNDERSTAND your life and your day to day interactions with your family, nor will they actually care or listen. Mrs. Crowell was contradictory and dismissive throughout this process and about half way through I regretted not changing attorneys.

I called this firm looking for a specific type of attorney. Even though this firm did not practice that type of law, Abby, the lady that answered the phone was so nice so helpful and even gave me a number for somebody I could call that would handle the matter. I have called several attorneys today and none of them were very nice. From my first meeting with Kayla to the final document signed, I knew I was in good hands that would steady the emotion of the situation when I could not.
