Overview

Kayla Costley, Attorney was admitted to practice law in 2019. She grew up in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and graduated from Mount Juliet High School in 2010. From Middle Tennessee State University she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with a minor in both Family Studies and Psychology.  She graduated in 2014. Upon graduation, Kayla began working for a law firm in downtown Nashville. In the Summer of 2016, she joined Kane & Crowell, Attorneys At Law as a paralegal.

Kayla began her law school career in 2015 at the Nashville School of Law.  She received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2019 where she graduated in the top 10 of her class.

Areas of Law

Upon passing the Bar Exam and receiving her license to practice law, Kayla became an associate attorney at Kane & Crowell, Attorneys At Law. She primarily works with family law. In her practice, she handles divorce, custody, paternity, alimony, child support, grandparent visitation, parental relocation, adoption, probate of estates, conservatorship, and guardianships.

Kayla Costly, Attorney is a Board of Director for Brooks House and a member of Wilson One.  Also, she is a member of the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce, Leading Women, Mt. Juliet Young Professionals, and she is a Leadership Wilson graduate.  Furthermore, Kayla is secretary of the 15th Judicial Bar Association.

Kayla resides in Lebanon, Tennessee with her daughter Ava Jo. She is active in her church, The Journey Church in Lebanon, as well as in her community.
